Floor Care for Engineered Wood

1. Regular Cleaning:
   • Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dirt, dust, and debris that can cause scratches.
   • Use a soft-bristle broom or a vacuum with a hardwood floor attachment to avoid damage.
2. Damp Mopping:
   • Use a slightly damp microfiber mop with a wood-friendly cleaner. Avoid soaking the floor or using excessive water.
   • Wipe up spills immediately to prevent water damage.
3. Protect from Furniture:
   • Place felt pads or rubber protectors under furniture legs to prevent dents and scratches.
   • Use rugs or mats in high-traffic areas to reduce wear.
4. Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
   • Never use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or wax-based products, as they can dull the finish and damage the surface.
   • Stick to pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for engineered wood.
5. Control Humidity:
   • Maintain indoor humidity levels between 40-60% to prevent warping or cracking.
   • Use a humidifier or dehumidifier if necessary, and avoid exposing the flooring to extreme temperature changes.
6. Protect from Sunlight:
   • Use curtains or blinds to minimize direct sunlight exposure, which can fade the flooring over time.
   • Consider rearranging furniture periodically to ensure even exposure.
7. Re-Coating and Repairs:
   • If the finish becomes dull over time, consult a professional about recoating the surface to restore its shine.
   • Address minor scratches with wood repair kits or floor touch-up markers.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
