Express Kerbside Delivery

Pre-Delivery Mail

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS within 2-3 working days confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

Delivery Day Mail

A few hours before your delivery is scheduled, you will receive an SMS or Mail notifying you that your order is on route. Deliveries are made between 9 AM - 5 PM, and your specific time slot may fall within this window.

Important

A signature is required for delivery. We recommend that the recipient is able-bodied and prepared to transfer the product. After the delivery, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been successfully delivered.
If you receive a delivery confirmation but did not receive your package, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate further.
Light Parcel Deliveries

o For packages under 50kg, we offer a light delivery service directly to your door between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Express Delivery

Our standard delivery time is within 5-7 working days. Although we do not generally offer express delivery, we can try to accommodate the earliest possible delivery within 3 working days. For more information, please email us for the earliest delivery dates available.
Heavy Parcels (Kerbside Deliveries) £40
  • For larger orders, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest kerbside to your property, placed on a pallet.
  • The pallet will be dropped off at the nearest access point, and a signature will be required.
  • Delivery Window: 9 AM - 5 PM. While we are unable to provide an exact delivery time, the driver will call you when they are on route.
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 working days from the date of your order.
  • Cost: £40 (including VAT)
  • For packages under 50kg, we offer a light delivery service directly to your door between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Things to Consider

Light Parcel Delivery Restrictions

If your property has stepped access (e.g., flats above ground level or properties with steps), your order will be left at the ground floor external doorstep. For homes with stepped access, the flooring will be left at the bottom of the steps.

Vehicle Access

Deliveries are made in a range of vehicles, up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that your property is accessible to these types of vehicles.

Unavailable to Accept Delivery

If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, you will be charged for rescheduling and re-delivery.

Installation Warning

We strongly advise not to book installers until your flooring has arrived. We are not responsible for any consequential losses resulting from delivery issues or flooring not being properly acclimatized.

Mobile Number for Delivery

We recommend including a mobile number when placing your order to ensure you receive a 4-hour delivery window via SMS or Mail. We will also send delivery details to your email address.

Deliveries to Ireland

We can deliver to Northern Ireland and other remote areas for an additional charge.
