Cancellations and Returns

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date.
• Return via our team for £49 (deducted from refund) or arrange your own return at your cost.
• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
• Assembled or unpackaged items cannot be returned.
• Refunds processed within 2–4 working days of collection. Allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.

Assembly Information

• All goods are delivered flat-packed for home assembly.
• We comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000.

Off-Shore Island Deliveries

• We do not deliver to off-shore islands due to insurance and liability limitations.

Exchanges & Replacements

• Missing parts? We’ll send replacements promptly.
• Report any damage within 48 hours—exchanges may not be processed after this period.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging. Assembled or unpackaged items cannot be returned.
• We may request photo evidence for replacements or exchanges.
• Exchanging for a different item may incur a fee up to £49. Confirm next-day availability by calling or emailing us.
